1. Cancellation of an order

2. Change of order
- Change of order is only possible when the product is being prepared.
-If you want to change the product before delivery, please email madamglobal@naver.com or leave a 1:1 inquiry.
(Order number, name, e-mail, product information of the product you want to exchange)
-If you would like to modify the shipping information, please email madamglobal@naver.com or leave a 1:1 inquiry.
-You cannot cancel or change your order if the item has already been shipped or received.


3.Exchange/Refund
-If you want an exchange/refund, you must request the application within 7 days of receipt.
-If you receive a defective product, please send an email to madamglobal@naver.com or leave a 1:1 inquiry.

- Refund fees and round-trip shipping fees are borne by the customer for exchange/refund due to your circumstances.

5. Shipping information
- On average, it takes 5–7 days to prepare the product, and it takes 5–7 days to deliver the product you ordered.

- Free shipping benefits are available for purchase of 150 USD or more.

6.In the following cases, the arrival date of the product may be delayed.
- When you receive an order outside of our business day, such as our holiday or national holiday.
